Qatar University teams excelled, capturing both the men’s and women’s titles at the 2024-2025 QCSF University Table Tennis Tournament, hosted on Monday at the Community College of Qatar.

The men’s final saw intense competition, with Qatar University clinching first place, followed by the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) in second, and Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) in third.

In the women’s final, Qatar University extended its winning streak to secure first place, with hosts Community College of Qatar taking second and HBKU securing third.

At the awards ceremony, the QCSF Secretary General Mr. Rashid Saeed Adiba, alongside Mr. Khalifa Essa Al-Kuwari, Director of Student Affairs at Community College of Qatar, presented medals to the top three women’s teams. Similarly, Dr. Senaid Salem Al-Marri, Director of Sports Affairs at Qatar University, joined Mr. Adiba in recognizing the top three men’s teams.

In recognition of the Community College of Qatar’s outstanding organizational and administrative contributions to the tournament, Mr. Adiba presented a commemorative shield to Mr. Khalifa Essa Al-Kuwari.
