Qatar University teams (A) & (B) have produced solid performance to win both first and runner-up places, ahead of University of Doha for Science and Technology team (A) who settled third at the final standings of QCSF Padel Univerties Tournament for sport season 2023-2024 , which was concluded at UDST court on Saturday.

During the medal ceremony, the Qatar Collegiate Sports Federation, Secretary General, Mr. Rashid Saeed Adiba accompanied by Mr. Tariq Zainal, Secretary-General of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTSBF ) and Dr. Senaid Al-Marri, the QCSF board member and Head of sports affairs Department at QU have crowned the top three winners.

QU team (A) took the trophy and gold medals, as runner-up QU team (B) claimed the silver medals while the bronze medals went to UDST team (A).

Student, Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari of QU team (A) was named as tournament best player. Meanwhile, QTSBF and UDST (hosts) were honored for their technical and managerial effort they delivered during the tournament.

Students displayed amazing technical levels and true talented performance in this two-day tournament, which organized by the QCSF in cooperation with the QTSBF and the UDST on 24th and 25th of May.

In a post-event statement, the QCSF Secretary General, Mr. Rashid Saeed Adiba appreciated the collective effort of all organizers and contributors who spared no effort to make this tournament successful.
